Recurrent interruption
I had premium subscription and I pay the fees regularly but the connect part unfortunately most of the time when I’m watching the football game it’s suddenly stopped and I have to reconnect sometimes every few minutes… i kept my subscription because of the satellite which is connected to my TV and really it’s excellent…
No support yet for the new iPad screen size!!
The new iPad have been available since last November (with a larger screen), yet the app have not been updated to support the new screen size. There are black bars showing on the sides (really annoying).
Wasted of my time & money
"I recently purchased a Bein Connect subscription to watch the Champions League, but unfortunately, I was only able to login app before encountering multiple errors. After they fixed it, I managed to watch about 5 minutes, but the issue was never fully resolved. I contacted customer service again, but it was a complete waste of time and money. The issue is still not fixed, and I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of support and the ongoing technical problems. Very disappointing experience overall!"
