Bad service
This app is totally useless in Tunisia
I never had a successful booking.
The team of bolt should work on improving the service here, if there’s no available driver nearby don’t initiate the booking process and let the customer wait for 15 min without a successful booking.
Very disappointing experience
Good.
Taxify is an great ride hailing app after Uber. ButI still prefer using Uber. There is always long pick up time(15-20 mins)or sometimes there is no cab available. Uber usually has 3-4mins pick up time. I cannot use any promo codes until and unless I choose credit card 💳 payment option. I always pay by cash so I can’t use any promo codes. Sometimes a new model car or sometime old model car come to pick me up which is acceptable. You cannot see the ratings given by the drivers to you which I hate the most. I really want to see my rating. I live in Riyadh( Saudi Arabia). Taxify should start advertising and hire more drivers to increase productivity.
No support
Long story short, using Bolt in Tbilisi, works fine, but one time on the road from Tbilisi to lopota lake resort, the driver phone and my lost connections, so the trip just canceled and no charge to my credit card at that time. Paid the drive in cash, three days later Bolt charger my credit card.
I completely understand that those things happen, but what disappointing me is when I reported that to Bolt, has zero response. My experience here that bolt might works fine with you, but if anything goes wrong, you will have no support at all.
