Wrong distance calculation
I love to work with Careem . Since I am using this app it’s very helpful to but some issues are made me feel so bad about it. It can’t calculate the right distance seems like it doesn’t work with tracking gps . For example i can share my real experience,I picked up a rider and started to move his destination before arriving rider said he wants to go somewhere else then he changed the location to new location after arriving 1st location he waited me for around 15-20 minutes thn we started to move to the new location after arriving Careem shows the fair only for 1st location it was total around 30 kilometers I drove for the rider but Careem calculation says the trip was 13 kilometers what made me sad I reported to Careem helpline but they didn’t pay me in full they said it was calculated correctly even after having discussions with me by calling. One thing I like is they respond me quickly though I didn’t get my correct fair for that trip.

Major issue
When I receive a booking and I m on some other page when I open Careem app to accept the booking the booking disappears…due to which while using Careem app I cannot use any other stuff or I miss a booking
