The most reliable transport service in town

It’s so ossum a service that they provide every time and minding my nature of work I may sometimes have to go from one end of the city to another where there’s no much of roads temporary closed or down for infrastructure development work but Careem always knows it and takes us through easiest and reliable way !! Always reaches us in time and drops off in time .. The cars are mostly well maintained and the drivers so far are par excellence in behavior and customer service when compared to all other competitors in the place ..

Wrong location ; drivers are rude

I have three consecutive days that the Careem was not able to fulfill there duties! First the driver canceled the ride and give me another and that driver was very near to my place but upon checking he accepted the booing ride and he have another passenger and they go to the pearl ! He even told me to wait for him that was almost one hour!! He even asked me to cancel the ride !! The next day is the wrong location by the app! I am using the same place but the driver got the wrong location he told me to cancel the ride as he wasn’t able to come! Drivers have two app which is Uber and Careem and was able to accept another app for booking! How rude!!!!! Even today I was late because of your driver which he got the wrong location as the rode was under construction I even tell him which he can go but he didn’t comply instead he ask me to cancel as he cannot see the entrance! Fix your location Careem; your drivers are rude and unprofessional!!!! Much better to use the UBER

Despicable costumer service experience they don’t answer the phone even if it is an emergency

I had an issue with a driver on one of my trips
I used the costumer service to complain about it .
I received emails stating I will receive my refund .
I checked my wallet the refunds was not there .
When asked about it they gave false information creating imaginary trips and stating it was used .
I don’t use this application as much as Uber so I didn’t check when I checked I sent a last email stating the problem with the screenshots they said they don’t look at claims more than a week .
Disregard I the fact That they promised and failed to fulfill their obligations.
And the fact that it took them 18 days to refund a small amount that they promised they will.
They could simply reply saying no refund.
But the their costumer service is useless, highly unprofessional and they have a big problem with communication.

I tried to call also no one picked up my call .
At one point I got a voice message saying my number is not registered.

This is a huge safety issue as in case of safety problem with the driver you might just get the voice mail that this os not a registered number while it is.

My opinion don’t use it .use Uber or other applications at least they are professional and honest .

Very poor and unsafe.
