The worst app of kind ever
The app is not working properly. I added 4 transactions about 2 month ago, still under processing. I contact their call center tens of times at different times and days, but no reply at all. I sent them 3 emails, again no reply at all.
Much worse, when you are at one of their stores, especially Hyatt Plaza one and you would like to use the app, the staff refuse to scan it saying you do it at home.
Complete waste of time. No respect to customers!

I don’t know his name but he’s a real salesman as he has a lot to offer with the customer. Suggestive selling was there unlike the guy in Beverly when we came in early morning and he just continue packing some merchandise I read of selling.
