The word "Tafseel" in English means "Detail" - Urdu word Tafseel means detailed or in-detail. In Arabic language, the word Tafseela (تَفْصِيلاً) means explaining something in details (with full explanation) and this is exactly its meaning in the Quran. The saying of Allaah { وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَصَّلْنَاهُ تَفْصِيلاً}[Quran 17:12], means that We [i.e. Allaah] have explained everything in full details which leave no option for any misunderstandings.
