Great app

This application is genius
All the features I look for in a video playing app are available, the course contents are interesting and beneficial.
I am glad I found Coursera website, and the fact that they have an app is great

Misleading information , weak support and response

I enrolled in a a course and they showed that they will charge me certain amount for the course , I finished the course and got the certificate. After three weeks from successfully finishing the course they charged me again with the same amount !!
The whole purpose of the course subscription is getting the certificate once it’s done charge should be stopped since purpose is done.
I opened a ticket first agent did nothing , second time when said he solved the issue, third time turned out that second agent did not do anything , and the new one promised he solved it , after three days a new agent sent me email mentioning that issue is solved.
Support is terrible, very long time of response, misleading information.
I found other apps are much more convenient and have better support and most importantly NON repetitive charges!!
