Issues with Samsung TV
I have a Samsung TV and the native Disney+ app was working beautifully until suddenly a couple of days back, I haven’t been able to play any movie since. If the developers look into this and fix this it would be my go-to entertainment app.
The worst and hear me out I have evidence!
Disney+ webpage has been down in Qatar for around a week now. I thought well they might be experiencing some issues and it will be resolved in a day or so, but it doesn’t. It continues to be down. So I talk to the customer services and they say we know and it will be down for an uncertain period because we don’t know when will it be back so I asked will you compensate us for the duration the website was down for? Because technically we paid for 1 month of streaming and personally I got 1 week only, they literally answered me saying we are sorry we don’t know when will it be back so I rephrased my question again, will you add free days to my subscription to compensate for the days your streaming service was down? And AGAIN they say we are so sorry we don’t know when will it be up again lol!!!! I had to actually tell them I’m NOT asking when will it come back, I’m asking will you COMPENSATE us for the time it was down, and finaaaaally they say no. Lol so long story short, this is why I will NEVER subscribe at Disney Plus EVER again, because it is plain fraud. They take your money and they don’t even compensate you in a few days of streaming! I didn’t not ask of money. Save your money and go for a company that respects you as a customer and not one that’s just after your money! Also, I have pictures of the entire customer service conversations, I’ll find a way to post it in a review online for everyone to see.
Download problems
The first being the app needed to be horizontal instead of vertical and the most important issue that needs to be resolved is the downloads starts to act as if I haven’t downloaded the movies and shows an error when trying to click on it FIX THIS PROBLEM as we won’t have access if we are to travel this app becomes useless as it being region locked. After updating I no longer have the ability to use the mini player pip Fix it! The other issue is that airplay doesn’t work or even seem to remotely exist!
