The App Frustrates me to no end
The app is a good platform for ECG digital service transaction. I am an avid user since it launched in 2020. What frustrates me to no end is the fact that, my actual credit score doesn’t on the app doesn’t match the one on the pasted meter on my wall. I have had the same credit balance on app since April. It doesn’t change even when l buy light credit.l have no idea the actual credit on my meter so l just keep buying hoping l won’t owe ECG too much when the actual bill reflects on the App.this has been happening for the past two years no matter the amount of times l update the Digital app.
