Description
Tone your body with 30 Minutes Fit® EMS technology!
Through the 30 Minutes Fit® EMS App you can access different EMS training routines to perform with the products developed under our muscle electrostimulation (EMS) technology.
• Wirelessly connect the App EMS with your eBrain® and train with the EMS product such as eSuit® or eSuit® Pro.
• Generate and access your training history by product type and program, and review your performance.
• There are 4 different modules and programs according to your needs and objectives:
• Diagnostic EMS: Our EMS coach will guide you at the beginning of your first training to determine the ideal type of training for you. It can be online or in person.
• Basic EMS: Train only online with the EMS App by following the training videos. Get good results!
• Membership EMS: Train only online with the EMS App following the training videos according to the plan assigned to you by your EMS coach with monthly monitoring. Get to your goals faster!
• Coaching EMS: Train in a specific place (at home or in a space authorized by 30 Minutes Fit®) with your EMS coach according to the plan assigned to you with monitoring per session. Get excellent results!
