Not Good!
Very complicated I deleted it! Older version business messenger was much better and easy to handle. Many features doesn’t work like private message to a customer/follower on their comment and also it hangs, definitely bugs after update. So I deleted it. Old

Getting worse by every update
The app is a total mess.
- the insights are very basic.
- adding stories is prblematic, most of the times it goes into a black screen and freezes.
- in a recent update, they changed how you access saved replies, bringing it out rather in the + button. Should be good, right? No! The previously saved replies disappeared and you can’t save new ones, everything is still unchanged on the website though.
You still can’t search the saved replies or type a few words in the chatbox to get suggestions from the saved replies similar to the website.
- At times, you will only be able to scroll through the posts but not click on anything, no reactions, comments, share, see more, or anything. You will have to switch to another tab and then return and reload for it to unfreeze.
- also after the update, it reacts using your personal profile and not your page. Defies the whole logic of having a separate app to control the page!
