Didn’t receive the order i paid and lose the money
At first i was a happy customer thus the 1
star rating, but after my order today i dont
think you deserve the 1 star. Its just easy for
your riders to cancel the orders if its all paid
for but not if it is COD. And you dont even
consider giving refunds or anything to
compensate the buyers for such cases. Your
rider did not even tried hard to find a way to
contact me when he was not able to. Other
riders would contact thru the app but this
one did not and he just went to on to cancel
the order. I hope your rider enjoyed the food i
paid for. Such a shame!
Not very good
My experience was terrible with this application, i opened the application select current location and showed some restaurants and choose one, picked the food then checkout i had to confirm my location then select payment method with my card after paying, suddenly the application freezes and after i open it again i see my order is canceled after they draw money from my account and they say we have “ refunded “ the money back to you but it was refunded as credit points inside the application so I can’t take it back anymore. The reason was “ the restaurant is outside of delivery area “ I tried to see what is going on and when i go back to restaurant list i find completely different restaurants than before!
I was forced to use the credit again on another restaurant that I didn’t like otherwise my money goes away and the delivery took ages for it to arrive
Honestly this application is terrible and a scam !
