Financial Situations and Few Suggestions

This game is actually pretty decent, but the problem is the finances, because no matter how much money I have, it just keeps going down, why is my cash going down all the time? I try to upgrade my depth but it say “this is the max” I can’t go beyond 4 star. I started off with Barcelona with 100M, then bought Kouassi for 60M. Sponsors came in, then I had 60M, then it went down day by day to 15M, without spending much money... How?
And also please include ads because not everyone wants to spend real money on game cash.
Let it be 3 ads per day and let the ad give at least 3M this is fair enough.. (1M each ad)
