I can’t open the game
I have played this this is an awesome game before but my brother accidentally deleted this game now when I try to open highrise it shows the logo of highrise but it gets close after 3mins please please fix it 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 my account is “Sophia9838”

This game’s support and help team is racist there was a mistake (from my part) led to suspension and i tried to talk with the support team they said first that they will help me to reach a solution and asked for pics to know my age and right after i send my pics (I'm Muslim wearing a hijab) they send an email saying that my problem can’t be fixed and they will ignore any email i send them, let me also tell you that i have talked with many people who did the same mistake and they got their accounts back no problems I personally talked with two and heard the stories of few others they literally all got their accounts back but they refused to help me or even go further with the issue they literally told me u r 100% at fault and can’t get your account back.
Let me also mention how much money i have spent on that game it’s A LOT. I also was gonna buy an nft too i had two pink owls and so many expensive items and gold.
Refusing to fix my issue right after sending my pic with my hijab tells a lot, and suspending an acc without investigation or trying to reach a solution that’s very low of you, overall very disappointing. Would never recommend and if u do have an acc always be careful coz they wait for the slightest mistake to suspend you.

pls change the new grab update!
The new grab animation was just a waste of time, now its laggier and i didnt get the item. A lot of ppl has been complaining and ive got the same problem too. Pls change it, the old one was way better
