Improved company. Now, best app in Saudi.
Around a year ago, I hated HungerStation as they were not reliable, used to cancel orders, late delivery and unprofessional delivery associates but now, this company has improved soo much. Out of all the food delivery app I use, HungerStation has so much more variety of restaurants and fastest delivery than other apps. There was a time when I ordered food and it got delivered to me in just 7 minutes. Wow! Surprisingly, I’m now only using HungerStation and keeping other apps as my second preference. It’s so good that HungerStation decided to improve for the better. The only thing that is lacking is customer support. After sales customer support is great but when you have ordered something and you have a problem, there is no customer support number or live chat available. You are stuck. There is a customer support number that’s no more in use by the company. Really hope they can either give us customers a support number or implement a live chat in the app. But when your order is delivered and you have an issue, you can open a ticket and it gets solved within an hour. All in all, I love HungerStation and I would highly recommend to use this app.
Login error
There is error coming in login after update if we are doing login from out of saudia . Its showing connectivity issues please check ur internet. Before it was working fine
