Not a way the app to work

The app is too slow to process the touch command. Also the link sent to mail for account email verification is not working. Please do basic setup and release it for public use.

Completed transaction, money on hold!

I transferred to my own account back home last Oct. 27, until now (31st Oct already!) have not received it. I’ve contacted customer service several times, they can’t seem to find the issue, initially they told me it was a mistake from my side as I’ve entered incorrect name so the money was kept on hold (which I was sure I entered just correct as it was my own personal account), then after many calls, they finally told me it was error on the app and that they couldn’t do anything about it except to refund which means I have to wait for 2-3 days or more. I don’t think I would use this app again or would recommend to anyone. If it was a social or gaming apps, it is forgivable, but it is not. Finance/money app must be 100% reliable.

Context: i've used ipay for transfering funds for months now, so the below is not a new account issue

I tried to transfer money to India via my ipay wallet and after the app transfered the funds from my bank to its wallet, no matter what i did i could not move the money to transfer out of the wallet - not even to my own local bank account!
i called the support number 3 times and each time they said they'll "investigate" and get back to me

Finally, during the third call the very rude staff told me they needed my bank acct details and their investigation had this info 2 days ago

When i told them this lack of communication on a time sensitive issue was not good customer experience he condescendingly explained how i was wrong and he "cannot see the future" (where is ipay finding these people???)

Funny how ipay didn't need bank acct verification when i transfered money into the wallet but needed it to transfer it out of it

Stay away, use one of the many othet applications instead. At least their support will not mansplain to u
