Very slow and unresponsive
Something happened aince the last update. Everytime I load the app it takes a few minutes to load and another few minutes to load a show and sometimes the loading will just stop that you have to load it again. This is very dissapointing and frustrating as a tfc subscriber and i'm at the verge of cancelling my account all together if this problem will not be fixed
Worst
If I could rate them with negative I would do that, they deducted money from me on time for my premium renewal and yet I am have basic on my account. I keep on contacting their customer support and they never help, plus the live chat they are always busy. For a fact that they updated the app and yet the app takes forever to open and cannot even watch the downloaded movies offline. They are stealing money from consumers

I was happy that i changed my plan from basic to PREMIUM as u offer, but i was WRONG!!! you deducted/taking MONEY from me monthly but nothing has change!!!!i want to cancel my purchased but no use it appears that i don’t subscribed to premium but still have ADDITIONAL payment from your APP... how i know? I have a postpaid plan and monthly i am charged on your stupid application. Am soooo disappointed!!!you steal my money!!!! 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
