Karwa Journey Planner 4+

When I try to login, it shows the loading screen and nothing happens. When I try to download an e-ticket, it tells me to update my phone number, but when I do so, it doesn’t work at all. I tried it in other phones but they all seem to have the same problem. Fix the app please, it’s a lingering nuisance for all the users.

This app has been very helpful to me until today I don’t know what happened. I opened the app and i cannot access the services anymore. The real-time bus routes, the free ticket that i downloaded (for metrolink), it just keeps on loading and brings you back to the home page. I ask my friend to download the app and even her experience a problem like registering/creating an account isn’t working. I already filed a complaint good thing filing complaint in the app is working. I will change my review if this app goes back to normal.
Edit: after filing the complaint it went back to normal. Thank you for fast response in resolving this problem.

the app keeps telling me to update my phone number but its not letting me. It was fine a few days ago. I restarted my phone, i deleted and re-download the app too. Nothing works. It is obviously the app. Many others have had the same problem whereby the app suddenly doesn’t work and a ticket cannot be downloaded. What will happen if i get a penalty for traveling without a ticket????? You won’t even be responsible for it!!! I would have to be the one to take the blow. Fix the app. I would rather have a physical card than a lousy app as such.
