I did my first order in Lulu online and it’s a great experience the functional is available in the application is really excellent you can search anything in the web search bar and you can get all the details it’s really helpful helpful and much better than other applications thank you Lulu and guys go for it

The app is good, straight forward, easy to use, no issues. Placed the first order, all fine, all items delivered on time the follwing day. Happy customer! Second order was a complete headache: placed the order, the only available slot for delivery was 2 days later. I accepted thinking it must be busy due to Covid. The delivery day comes - I stay at home waiting between 3 and 6pm but nothing. Around 7 pm I reach customer service, they say they will deliver the following day. I give them a different time interval because I am at work, they say ok. Next day: 1. They come in the wrong interval when I was at work (not even close to the time I indicated), 2. When I get the order there are 10 (ten) items missing (1/5 of the order), 3. I try to reach customer service for almost 1h - their chat is useless and infuriating, the phone number did not connect, 4. I send an email to customer service and I receive an automatic reply that I will need to create an account on their customer portal to access my ticket and check for a resolution. Up until now I still haven’t received the missing items nor have I been reimbursed for the difference.

In conclusion: even if the app is ok, the service is bad so it’s not worth downloading.

Delivery service is very nice, but there are some things you should work on.
First of all, please add Apple Pay.
Second, please make it available to buy fruits and vegetables using customizable weight. For example, I needed to buy 1 carat, that’s in the app, I could buy only 1 kg of carrots which is inconvenient. I would prefer to buy, let’s say, 200 g of carrots instead of 1 kg.
Third, you should improve your search engine. Very often when I try to search for something the search results give me absolutely irrelevant options, which is very annoying.
