Bad service and App

I placed my order on March 26 it was accepted to be delivered on March 27 before afternoon and I have received their confirmation email. I waited and waited for my delivery, but nothing came! I called to find out that they will not deliver my order because it is out of their delivery area!!!! While my area was in their drop list and I chose my location from the their map. This is a lousy application and how the they handled my call is even lousier. Big X on this application. No commitment at all and it is a waste of time no order from this application thinking your order will be delivered as promised, but they will fail you. If I can rate them without any stars I would. Stay away from this App.

Order delivered was not FRESH!

Ordered variety of fish and prawns but turned out to be pathetic as the products does not go by the company name (QFRESH) and was not at all fresh. My son got affected as he got food poison after eating it. I had to thru the rest of the fish kept in my fridge as I didn’t wanted another case of food poison. Will never buy again from them.

Not recommended

Ordered meat and it came warm. It was clearly not properly stored in a cold packaging or using ice. Ordered also liver but t didn’t come as it was out of stock. Yet nobody informed me about it beforehand. So basically I’ve just received half the order.
