Use talabat for delivery
The delivery on this app is literally the worst.
You can’t track the order and if you try too it takes you to a website that needs you to log in. It showed that the order got delivered when i didn’t get it. I had to call customer services and was told it was out?!. Use this app for rewards maybe and talabat is the best for delivery.
Issue
its a very good app and easy to use and the orders arrive very quickly, but then i got a new phone and tried to log in to the app and it wouldnt let me, and ive changed the password multiple times to make sure i wasnt typing in the wrong password, it still will not let me login, im not sure if im doing something wrong because ive used this app for a very long time, please fix this issue.
Fake Offers
The App gave me a good impression at first. Was really dissatisfied with the service at the counter and will never be going back to McDonalds in my life. The offers they post on the app is not real as the guy in the counter rejected all the offers i had and asked to come next time to redeem them. If the employees are not aware of the offers or educated about the app, please stop fooling people just to get the app traffic.
