The Al Meera loyalty program, Meera Rewards, is a rewards program to say thank you for being a valued customer of Al Meera. By joining free of charge, you can earn and redeem Meera Rewards Points at all Al Meera.

Joining the Meera Rewards program is simple and free. Just download the Meera Rewards app now and select “Register Now” where you will be prompted to input your personal details and create a password. A digital membership ID will be generated in the mobile app for you to use in store to display to the cashier when you would like to earn and redeem Meera Reward Points

Getting an error while creating the account

I was trying to register the account I filled all the fields but I’m not able to create the account. Instead getting an error 😢

Worst service ever

I order some groceries...they called and said some stuff are not available..i said fine no issues just deliver the rest..which they did.
However, I have already paid for all groceries, including the unavailable..and now its been 6 weeks of fake promises to return my money..and nothing.
The app doesn't have pay cash upon delivery option. Thus, they force you to pay in full and usually have of the stuff u ordered won't be available and now good luck getting your money back.

Worst service ever !!!

I made an order from yesterday and I chose for it to be delivered from 8-10.

So first they called me for un available stuff and that’s fine I chose different stuff to replace with

But the surprise was that I never got my order!!!! And then they call me at 11 saying sorry we cannot deliver because we have an issue in the system. They said we will deliver tomorrow morning from 9.

But did they ??? It’s 1’oclock now and I still didn’t receive my order which I paid for online

I called to make a complain and all they could say we are sorry. We will deliver at 4

And the story continues to see if it will ever be delivered or not !!!

Worst app . Worst service. My first and last time to use this app!!
