Worst app

I have been using so many different apps of companies providing online services and banking, etc but never has experienced such bad design and interface where you struggle to find things , support and worst thing is the chat bot Labeeb. Utter waste. Every time I use the app For any support I always have to use the online chat on website and that too is pathetic and ultimately I will call their customer support numbers. They cannot solve small problems also from the chat bot or online chat then why provide that option.

Very poor n incompetent staff

Considering switching the network to Vodafone , speaking to sales & customer service team for last 2 days as they gave hope of giving special discount Bcz of the company I work for but today they ended up saying that no special discount but only regular discount which is very insane and like a stupidity of spending 2 days believing their words of getting special discount ! Management must train the staff to hv updated info and not to give any false hope !
