مافي مصداقية خبرني الموظف انه الطلب رح يتأخر شوي طلع كذب لما حكيت مع المطعم بعد تأخير كبير طلع الطلب مرفوض بسبب مشاكل مالية

عدم وجود مهنية تماما
تطبيق سيء جدا … ما عندهم خدمة عملاء و تواصل معهم صعب جدا !! بتحاول تكلم خدمة العملاء كل ربع ساعه بودولك رسالة و كذب في المعلومات .. بقلك الطلب مع الكابتن و ما رح يتأخر عليك الطلب و كان وقتها الطلب بعد ساعة صار قيد التحضير و كلمت الكبتن ما كان واصل المحل اصلا .. اسوأ تطبيق ممكن تطلب فيه .. غير طبعا التوصيل غالي مقارنه بباقي التطبيقات ..
