Please improve Kdrama English subs

Good app but have quite limited movie selection. I do enjoy the vast list of korean dramas, but i suggest to get better translators for the english subtitles. Sometimes it is too literally translated, it doesn’t make sense. I have to go to free watch websites to get a better understanding of the dialogues. Also, too much blurring and cutting and muting. Like for example, a song can be a key point in the story but it was edited out and the characters will be talking about it and me as a watcher, will be like, “what just happened?” I know there are copyright issues but can something be done for this, pretty please?

Misleading,culturally inappropriate and sick

The soon to be released “Queen Cleopatra” documentary did not fail to enrage me. As an olive skinned Egyptian, it is infuriating and sad to watch my dense history and deep culture being stolen away from me by giving it away to black people. Mind you this is NOT racism in any shape or form. But watching the Egyptians in this documentary being represented by black men and women is very disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Doing this while knowing that ancient Egyptians just like modern Egyptians were not black nor white. We simply have “in between” skin color. Egypt is for modern day Egyptians and we are not allowing you to steal our history from us. We, the true descendants of ancient Egyptians are woke and educated on this matter and wont be surrendering to this sort of ideology take over. We are very aware of your sick and enslaving Afrocentric movement. Try attending your history lessons and educating yourself, come back with another documentary which actually represents Egyptians the right way.

Not accurate and disrespectful

I recently watched a series on Netflix that purported to explore Egypt's history, but I was sorely disappointed by the lazy and inaccurate way that the producers presented the material. The series claimed to be historically accurate, but it completely missed the mark. One of the most glaring issues was the casting of a black actress as the Queen of Egypt. This is an egregious mistake that demonstrates a total lack of understanding of the culture and history of the country.

Egypt is a predominantly North African country, with a long and complex history. The ancient Egyptians were not black, and to suggest otherwise is not only inaccurate but also disrespectful to their legacy. It is particularly disappointing that a major entertainment company like Netflix would make such a careless decision.

Furthermore, the series as a whole was poorly researched and badly executed. It was clear that the producers were more concerned with sensationalism and cheap thrills than with presenting an accurate and nuanced portrait of Egyptian history. This kind of shallow storytelling does a disservice to both the subject matter and the audience, and it is not something that should be celebrated or rewarded.

Overall, I cannot recommend this series to anyone who is interested in learning about Egyptian history. It is a disappointing and frustrating example of lazy and inaccurate filmmaking, and it is not worth your time or attention.
