Ratings and Reviews
Great when it works, frustrating when it doesn’t!
I keep getting logged out. Once logged out, it takes an eternity to log me in. In the end I give up and have to use another application even though I’ve been paying good money for Nord.
Limited servers and high battery consumption
EDIT - NordVPN has limited servers compared to competitors. They don’t have servers in countries like India which SurfVPN and ExpressVPN offers. Secondly with the recent update 6 hours NordVPN uses 42% of battery. I am not sure what is going is on. I am waiting for my subscription to get over and move on. Not recommended. The need for VPN is to watch Indian shows and movies. For example, Hotstar + Disney requires Indian IP. I can provide a full list if you need. Comparing the price and lack of features, NordVPN is not worth it. With 4 months remaining in my annual plan, I am abandoning your service and moving to SurfVPN which I tested offers better speed and reliability. I don’t want to wake up everyday with 0% battery, overnight 36% juice was taken by NordVPN which is not good.

Hello. As of the 26th of June, our infrastructure is removed from India. We adhere to strict privacy policies and no-logging features are core to our operations and standards. Waste of money
In China, this VPN does not work on IPad and Iphone. I contacted the support, and they did nothing. They just recognized that their obfuscated servers work only on the computer, not small devices. Free VPN work better, provided you accept ads.
After your answer, I will add that I did everything you recommended and still it did not work. I am in China since almost one month, and I am using a free VPN on my iPad and iPhone. And it works. I will not say which VPN, though. Now, your Nord VPN is no longer working even on my laptop. Obfuscated servers or not, YOU should update your technology not me, I am a simple user. And you know what, when one pays a service and does not get what one expects, who is faulty? The client? You should give me back my money, for you know your stuff is not yet ready for China.
