OFWpro 4+

OFWpro is for Filipinos who are seeking for jobs in the Middle East, specifically in UAE. The services will cover the entire Middle East soon. OFWpro is a one-stop site and mobile app to find great Filipino workers, i.e., doctors, engineers, nurses, office workers, receptionists, sales, chefs, housemaids etc.

Filipinos are in high demand because they carry a great reputation for being hardworking and resilient. They perform their duties with great pride. Filipino workers have great quality of being patient, hardworking, punctual, honest, and very courteous. They perform their duties with professionalism.

According to “2017 Survey on Overseas Filipinos Workers” by Philippine Statistics Authority, Gulf countries such as Saudi Arabia and UAE were among the leading destinations for Overseas Filipino Workers.

We designed OFWpro functionalities as simple and user friendly as possible. We included some unique features not found in other apps. Jobseekers can easily register, setup their profile and instantly start applying for jobs in a matter of 10 minutes.

Features include:

1. Inside messaging feature between jobseeker and recruiter when applied for the job.
2. The recruiter can message the jobseeker and have an online interview chat.
3. The jobseeker can record a 30 second intro video and upload it on their profile to impress recruiters.
4. Even without a CV/resume jobseeker can still register and create a profile. Within website/app portal they will be able to generate a Resume/CV image once the jobseeker completes all the required information.
5. Jobseekers can also SHARE their OFWpro profile on all social media platform such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc. to increase their chances of getting hired fast.


Our Vision at OFWpro is to make communications between jobseeker and recruiter as easy as possible so that it helps both sides to make their decision in a fast and efficient manner.

For job-seekers:

OFWpro is very user-friendly. The jobseeker can register on our website at OFWpro.com or the mobile app. Once the jobseeker has registered, in 10mins or so he or she can create a profile with uploaded picture, resume/cv, and a 30 seconds intro video. Then he or she can start searching and apply for available jobs. Once a recruiter responds back, the jobseeker will be able to chat with them online.

We highly recommend that the jobseeker upload a good professional looking picture, i.e. passport picture. All uploaded pictures and videos will be approved by the Admin.
Uploading a 30 second video introduction is optional but highly recommended. Make sure the voice is clear and the surrounding lighting is good. Mention your name, position you are seeking, and why you are the best candidate for the position.

If you are using our app to apply for jobs in the UAE while still in the Philippines or other countries, make sure that you are already planning to visit Dubai and have your travel plans ready.

For recruiter:

Recruiters are companies that have job openings and want to post it through our portal or seek job applicants in our database. Registration can be done on the website at OFWpro.com or by downloading OFWpro app.

Once registered, the recruiter can post jobs immediately. As a recruiter, you can search for candidates without having to post a job. You can contact the jobseekers and start communicating with one another.

We OFWpro are not a recruitment agency. We only provide a user-friendly platform for both recruiters and jobseekers to find each other. We hold no responsibility towards any misunderstanding that might arise between jobseekers and recruiters. We do not interfere or arbitrate between recruiters and jobseekers. So, we are not in the position to provide any assistance to the jobseekers to get hired by a given recruiter.
