I don’t know if it’s a scam as i bought some coins just to continue reading but unfortunately, the coins a bought were not credited to the app. I paid for it but i received nothing. Tried to email the customer support but cant get through.

Coins / credits
I paid for 21 chapter + 3 chapters twice and all my coins/credits are gone after reading 5 chapters. Why? How do you charge? Shouldn’t I be getting 24 chapters x 2? I feel scammed with this. Please enlighten me.
