a good start, but needs lots of improvements
love the idea and service, but the app needs more development. it has lots of bugs and can be slow at times. it also doesn’t provide the plate number of the car once a taxi has been ordered. that and drivers seem to always call to check for the location even though it is provided to them. please fix the app and make it easier to use, that and if possible make fare prices less expensive.
First Experience
Cristine was my pink driver and I had a fantastic experience with her. The car was clean and cool, she was polite and helpful. I had a great time talking to her while she drove me home.
