Need to improve

There should be a option to read others review comments on everything. There is a option to rate a film or whtever but there is no option to view others comments on that. And also in the option wise lot of important is required.

Horrible customer care and app

90% of the time they will charge the card and we will never the get confirmation. If we try to contact the customer care the wait time is almost 40-45 minutes and they only work in the afternoon. If something goes wrong and you don’t get the ticket then basically you are in trouble. Nowadays I prefer Novo Cinemas at least they have a better platform.

Buggy and broken app

Very often it becomes difficult to use the app to accomplish booking ticket which is one of prime purpose of using the app. It’s unfortunate the app is buggy and broken, failing to live to its purpose of able to book tickets. Have sent feedback to the developer, hope the app will be made to work.
