Poor customer service

I personally used this app several times. However today I decided to delete it. The reason is the worst customer service ever. Most of the time the cleaners will arrive 1 to 2 hours late. If you chat with the customer service they have the worst attitude ever. Like today I booked the wrong date so 5 minutes later I realized, I was looking for the cancellation option it wasn’t there so I pressed the chat option. This lady Maha was there, I explained what happened and told her to cancel for me. Her answer was ok madam ... I will inform the relevant company... although it’s too late. Too late for what??? 5 mins earlier I booked by mistake. Well you need to put your staff on customer service trainings. Deleting the app with no regrets...

Unprofessional cleaners - please don’t bother even trying

I am deleting this app today. Unprofessional cleaners with very high rate .another observation the lower the hour rate the worse the service gets . Their cleaners are the WORST! Please do not use them.
They are simply violating the rules and send the cleaners to many houses although its clearly stating not to as per the last lockdown announcement. Otherwise they will have 5-6-8 hours options on the app
( like easyservice,GHS,nice)

Improve app abilities

It should have a option to review the companies and services provided or lack of.
Also app contact you from 2 different WhatsApp numbers communication should be simple.
Finally option to pay via card.
