The app is really good but every time i play an episode it says request not completed even if i restart shahid multiple times and goes on for days and days and its getting really really annoying and this is my 3rd complaint hope this is fixed!!

SLOW AND HEAVY
The app is literally & unfortunately one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I regret even subscribing to it. U guys got a lot of stuff need to fix and a lot of bugs need to be shutdown cause it’s slowing the app. First of all the CONTINUE WATCHING is literally not working I’ll be watching episode 4 and it bring me to 2, Every time it’s literally getting me 2 episode back, secondly the sound is stuck when am watching at the middle of the episode the sound just cut off out of no where but the video is working, so in order to fix it i have to round back 10-20seconds and wait for the sound to come back and be continued, I’ve noticed this problem with all my friends tho.
Third, you guys need to have an option that will let people to control the screen size, Netflix have it Apple tv have it, why don’t u have it ?!, i can’t even make a full screen on ma iphone.
Forth, your literally have the MOST ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE SLOWEST APP EVER PERIOD EVER, you need to get this things fixed, i mean for real tho! The app structure is really slow and it get STUCK a lot and i mean a lot a lot and am using A13 bionic.

Apple tv version is a mess
The Latest version on Apple TV is 4.7.0, no update beyond that, yet today all of a sudden the application stopped working, and when i try to open it keep saying i need to update the app from app store!! Goes to app store and ofcourse no update available, so it’s an endless loop of a broken app now Update: the issue was resolved on the same day, i guess it was a broken update.
