I love it because you can get everything for a cheap price but me and my family ordered things on Saturday and the day I’m writing this is Thursday and it was suppose to come in the morning but it didn’t come in the morning but other than that it’s a good app so I recommended this app if you want to buy stuff for a low price

i do the check in daily and i had so many points that i collected because i wanted to use them on my next order.. until one day suddenly they cut more than half saying it's expired even though the points that expires are usually not more than a 100! since then i noticed that for a week or so my points still the same "even after checking in & points shows as added" then i contacted them few days ago & instead of solving the issue or explaining, they deducted more from the points i had on the same day! i kept going forth & back and my points kept decreasing every day until this moment with the daily check in... i wonder why? is it because i mentioned it? or maybe they've been doing it all along and i just noticed! i had all evidences "screen shots" of before & after with the dates and how much it should be even with the 7 days expiry!!!
Responding: i already know how to do that and clearly did it as mentioned on the complain above, still having the problem with same response so i just stopped cus clearly they won't fix it!
