Horrible experience
When I click on the discover more and then How it Works, the page doesn’t even load. When I try to reset my password, it keeps saying failed and I don’t receive any emails. This is a horrible app and a horrible UI/UX. I know how to make apps if you hire me I could do a better job this is a very bad experience that’s why the app is 1.7 stars. Honestly for an international organization this is an embarrassment.
There’s so much more, if you enter wrong credentials you cannot navigate back, loading other pages in the discover more page takes too much time, I couldn’t make another account because my mobile phone exists with an existing account and who knows what that account is.
The worst shopship app ever
It’s a pity that aramex, the iso “certified “company fail to address simpke issues in their app... I read the same comments as this written in Novembre 2018... yet aramex developpers/ it guys serms to ve asleep ...
App is not that great , add to that it doesnt save user name, each time you are required to enter everything...That s a tecious and unnecessary burden to customers...
Nonpissibility to use biometrics to log on... companies around the world improve, however , aramex doesnt seem to care ! Many once giant companies failed to improve and follow the tide, eventually they went out of business.
