Measuring voltages and currents using ADCs usually requires properly conditioning the signals to match the ADC's characteristics: mainly scaling and shifting.
Usually circuits based on Operation Amplifiers are used for this purpouse with differente approaches for voltages and currents.
Signal Conditioning application picks the suitable circuit basing on input and output signals' characteristics and makes all the required calculations providing a conditioning circuit in a matter of minutes.
