Helpful app

Very good app to help and support with quitting smoking. It not only targets quitting smoking but also it helps in overcoming the cravings with different techniques. The support option is just fantastic where you can talk to other people who are using the app and share their experience and things to do and not to do with the support of the experts who are there to help as well in any case of difficulty. The expert option is the top great option where you can talk to an expert directly and get advices and tips on how to quit smoking and its benefits. I feel bad I didn’t see this app long ago but I encourage everyone to use it for the purpose of becoming smoke free
