Order not delivered!
It was a very disappointing experience from Snoonu. I have ordered from Hardee’s. The order was delayed then deleted then came back as delivered. I contacted both Hardee’s: they were lost. They could not find the order. The biggest disappointment was from Snoonu (Ahmad Hdaib) he could not do anything. He incentivaste me to cancel it and receive the money next day instead of solving the problem, if apologizing with a nice gesture and of calling Hardee’s. How will Snoonu compete with the other apps passing by this kind of situation. Anyhow it will be my last order. Thank you for upsetting me and make me wait for nothing.

the app itself is perfect for me, it's easy and has everything i need; the problem is honesty with items i order! like fruits/vegetables they're mostly rotten! i just had a perfect lettuce from outside but rotten from inside! apples (yellow) usually have at least one rotten that'll ruin the rest! strawberry box is obviously opened for either removing the rotten ones or eaten by the driver (which happened few times); drivers usually eat the meals/fruits and we've complained every time so to see this continues, there were no action taking... another thing is replacing the unavailable items with unwanted ones when i clearly refused them when they called or texted, which's time consuming to fix or get a refund every single time! i hope the owner reads this and do something specially for drivers & have stricter regulations for partners because snoonu app is facing the consequences when it's not their fault but whoever i ordered from! if this continues the app will lose more customers over issues that can be solved easily! i've been using this app since the launch & i've seen the improvements so it is disappointing every time something like this happens with the same issues so far!
Update 2 months later: my complaint is specifically for Ansar grocery they still gave me rotten bananas & apples and the weight/quantity is less then what I’ve ordered & paid for! All my issues 90% when i shop from Ansar grocery & pay online
Poor customer service and communication
Had to follow up for my order after 1hr which they mentioned that order has been cancelled due to technical issue. If it was so they should have informed the customers who is waiting for their orders when payment has been deducted as well so we do expect the order to arrive on time.
Next day ordered again since they transferred back the money to wallet instead of the bank so i had to order. After 1 hr of placing an order an agent calls to inform order is being delayed. I know i can see that but give the estimate time how long will it take, he has completely no idea except apologize does that make sense? 30mins after the call another agents calls again to ask are you willing to wait for the order or cancel the order?????!!! Whatt ??? 1 and half hr into waiting now you are asking me when am desperately waiting for my order??? And still no specific time how long it might take!!!!!!! I had 5 items onlyy nothing special to be collected from factory…. You guys really need proper communication and handle the customer service properly.
