Order not delivered!
It was a very disappointing experience from Snoonu. I have ordered from Hardee’s. The order was delayed then deleted then came back as delivered. I contacted both Hardee’s: they were lost. They could not find the order. The biggest disappointment was from Snoonu (Ahmad Hdaib) he could not do anything. He incentivaste me to cancel it and receive the money next day instead of solving the problem, if apologizing with a nice gesture and of calling Hardee’s. How will Snoonu compete with the other apps passing by this kind of situation. Anyhow it will be my last order. Thank you for upsetting me and make me wait for nothing.

Poor customer service and communication
Had to follow up for my order after 1hr which they mentioned that order has been cancelled due to technical issue. If it was so they should have informed the customers who is waiting for their orders when payment has been deducted as well so we do expect the order to arrive on time.
Next day ordered again since they transferred back the money to wallet instead of the bank so i had to order. After 1 hr of placing an order an agent calls to inform order is being delayed. I know i can see that but give the estimate time how long will it take, he has completely no idea except apologize does that make sense? 30mins after the call another agents calls again to ask are you willing to wait for the order or cancel the order?????!!! Whatt ??? 1 and half hr into waiting now you are asking me when am desperately waiting for my order??? And still no specific time how long it might take!!!!!!! I had 5 items onlyy nothing special to be collected from factory…. You guys really need proper communication and handle the customer service properly.
My favorite food delivery app at the moment
My favorite thing about is that it allows local debit cards to be used at checkout, something that I haven’t seen in other apps and was very important to me because I don’t have a credit card. In addition I appreciate how some restaurants that usually don’t deliver to my area now deliver through snoonu. However I wish that we were allowed to write reviews for restaurants and that my order history was shown in a complete list. The reason why is because sometimes I’ll forget the name of a restaurant I ordered from a while ago but then when I try to search for it in my history its not there anymore because of how frequently I order. Other than these two points I cannot think of anything else. Good job on the app and keep up the good work 🙏
