Description
Tawakkalna Emergency app is the official app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for managing emergency cases and community protection. It has played a significant role in containing the spread of COVID-19 and was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
At the beginning of Tawakkalna launch, it aimed to contribute to the management of relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the “Curfew Period” for both government & private-sector workers as well as individuals. This in turn helped in limiting the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Kingdom.
During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.

Mobile number Changes
I am not able to login with passport number and also with Iqama. There is no option to change the mobile number. Left on final exit and then now come back again with new iqama
Out of KSA. Not showing health status
Hi, Currently I’m traveling out of KSA and this coming week I have flight traveling back to Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As per the KSA government guidelines we have to show “health status- immune by vaccination” at checking airport but This app is not working when your are out of Saudi Arabia, So can’t able to show health status at international airport.
Can you pls fix this bug ASAP and make this app working even when we are out of KSA
