However, staff in Al Sadd are somehow rude, they will only start preparing your order after payment, they shout at numbers for pick up so loud that you would notice and look at them
I ask, whats the purpose of pick up if they dont prepare the orders before we come to pick it up? They said that they only prepare the food once we arrive and pay. So please remove the “pick up” option of you cant commit the service.
They will only start cooking the chicken after payment. They will even count the chicken available for whose order or for whom. Then get back at you that you will have to wait for 15-20mins because they need to cook a new batch. (It has always been like this, the reason we stopped eating at Texas)
We just ate again because we tried the new app and availed the discount.
Over all, I would give it a 1 star for the staff but it will not be fair for the owner and it seems it is well spent for good service.
Horrible service, so disappointing and highly not recommendable!
I downloaded the app and started placing the order at 7pm and until now, as I write this review at 9:05, my order still has not arrived. My wife and our kids lost our appetite and has chosen to cook another food. Texas chicken should have conducted an evaluation on their readiness to have their own app and should have at least prepared their stores and staffs for the bulk orders. If only there is an option of trash icon instead of star? I should have given them 100 trash rating. So disappointing of the serice for an international brand establishment like Texas Chicken. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TEXAS CHICKEN. THE ONE STAR IS JUST A PROPS BUT IF ONLY I CAN GIVE ZERO OR TRASH ICON, I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE DONE IT.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SUPER DELAYED DELIVERY
i place my order at exactly 6:59pm in al hilal branch then the delivery came 8:35pm food is not fresh and you will loose appetite because of waiting.. i dont know how they prepared my order for a burger and a chicken for almost 2 hours.. i cannot recommend this store for delivery because you will die waiting for your food and it s*cks!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
