Non functional
For those who would like to subscribe, read below: 1-application is not fully functional (customer support chat does not function, restaurent menu is not functional and lots of other tabs!) 2-i have tried it with one restaurent and the restaurent denied any relation with the app and refused to provide me any discounts! 3-very limited restaurents and hotels! So it s nothing to be compared with entertainer… 4- their offers are restricted and limited. Some are restricted with dates or time, others are limited for a month or so. My recommendation: do not subscribe blindly… unless u are willing to give away a 109usd for charity.
Very bad
Went to more than 3 places and they told me they don't know about this app eve though the kode is showing these places with the discount on the app. Its really a very bad experience with the Kode

The app is good. However, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service provided by the amazing “Nour Yara”.
I recently had an issue with my account that required assistance, and Nour went above and beyond. Her response was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. She not only resolved my issue quickly but also took the time to explain everything in detail.
