Could be improved
It would be much better if the digital key could simply be added to the phone’s wallet, instead of requiring to have this app running. And it is unclear why this app needs access to so much privacy settings and what happens to your data afterwards. It feels intrusive. It was much quicker to swipe the physical card when entering the parking. I also prefer to not take my phone to go the swimming pool, now that’s not possible anymore. And what will happen when our elder parents and relatives will visit? Will we have to hand them over our phones so they can use the pool or take the elevator?
Inconvenient
First impressions. Very inconvenient as compared to physical cards. Have to carry phone all the time. And charged. Since it’s a one time link, will most probably have to contact admin if I change the device. Not sure how temporary guests and visitors will manage.
Also noted that the wallet opens every time I use the card at the reader. Quite unusual and is a concern as it sems the application has access to the wallet though the card isn’t saved there.
Absolute Trash App
The most inconvenient hindrance to residents. There is no but no excuse for this garbage app. It is inconvenient, it is tedious, you cant manage the cards under your name. You cant add guests. You cant even contact the call center, you have to use the concierge at the building you are and they are never available.
