Toca Boca World 4+

Issue

Hi! I love the new update, I understand that lots of people have this problem too but not only did it glitch me out of Toca it couldn’t let me switch floors in my modern mansion I would either go back to my Home Screen and it would reset or it would turn my device off, on the other hand after a few try’s of the glitch i tried to also restart my device but it wouldn’t work, suddenly it reset my modern house and also my starter house, I was disappointed because all of my hard work went, not only did that reset also every shop and accessories and also the for the gift shop, all the gifts were gone please fix this. I love Toca and all but if it doesn’t fix the gifts I’ll be left out from my friends enjoying the new update with the gifts while I’m stuck fixing my house trying to make it the same, and also the gifts I won’t be able to update my house with the gifts. Please fix it. Kind regards, your help is much appreciated. (Ps I have loads of passes and I don’t want to delete Toca and re download it)

HELP!

I love this game but sometimes it just it can be a bit annoying sometimes because it randomly glitches of after I have spent so much time and effort on my world. It is now all deleted. I would really appreciate it if u could get my progress back because I was really disappointed when this happened 😔. If the progress doesn’t come back I feel like i won’t play as often because i know I will be spending time perfecting my world only for it to get deleted again. Toca Boca Life is an amazing game and gives u so much freedom with what u create. U can tell there is clearly so much effort put into it and i would change nothing about it except the glitches because it get really annoying. I have had Toca Boca for almost 4 years now and used to play when i was small as well I have always loved the game and this game is the only one I didn’t delete after a bit and i have kept this game for the longest out of all my games. It is really sad since I have spent almost a year perfecting this world only for it to be deleted. I would like to request for a saving system in the app that confirms everything is saved. I have also had other problems with the app like if I touch a certain thing then it glitches of this was actually the reason it got deleted in the first place. There have been times where if I touch a building or a food or a drink or even a certain spot it just chucks me out. I would be truly great full if u could fix this. Thank u

Thanks for the review and for supporting us for so long, but obviously we're really sorry for the issues! 
We have some troubles with the last few updates with Home Designer houses crashing the app. These issues should be fixed with the latest update, but you would need to rebuild your house to avoid the issue occurring again. Also, we will be sure to pass on your feedback about a saving system. We know it is something that a lot of players are requesting and our Play designers and development team will be sure to consider all possibilities for future features!
