Vague subscription
Not enough info when u subscribe, very vague info without clear details like netflix, horrible costumer service u stuck with bot, subscribed for fifa cause no other option, will be deleted after the world cup also if u have another option take it. Not worth the money
Pay $80 dollars to watch the World Cup & it crashes in the opening game
Really poor app and really poor customer service. Entire service (iPhone and Samsung TV as well as Tod website) crashed in the middle of the opening game around 70mins and didn’t return until after after the match was over.
Complained about quality of the video feed ahead of the work cup and was told - “we’ll consider looking into it”
Please never subscribe to this app
1- I was supposed to subscribe for a day to watch FIFA. They withdrew two days.
2- I decided to subscribe for the whole FIFA package, they withdrew the package fees PLUS extra one day fee. Never admitted or returnes my money
3- which decent streaming service doesn’t offer email or phone number to contacts customer service?? This alone says they’re terrified of being talked to.
