Vague subscription
Not enough info when u subscribe, very vague info without clear details like netflix, horrible costumer service u stuck with bot, subscribed for fifa cause no other option, will be deleted after the world cup also if u have another option take it. Not worth the money
Non responsive customer service.
After being their subscriber for long time they have literally made me delete the application by force. You wonder how? Every single device I have used the application counts as one and I can only delete 1 device per month. That’s ok. Until when? Until I have realized that even if I had my iPhone registered as one device and my MacBook safari browser as another they have counted them as new device again and I wasn’t able to use the application even from my registered iPhone application! Then I have tried to communicate, sent them emails and received no single response! They don’t have a call center or WhatsApp customer support nothing! That’s how they made me delete the application with leaving me no other choice. Horrible service.
Pay $80 dollars to watch the World Cup & it crashes in the opening game
Really poor app and really poor customer service. Entire service (iPhone and Samsung TV as well as Tod website) crashed in the middle of the opening game around 70mins and didn’t return until after after the match was over.
Complained about quality of the video feed ahead of the work cup and was told - “we’ll consider looking into it”
