Fraud

I downloaded the application and then it asked my mobile number to register
Then after submitting OTP
I got subscribed to something which charges me QAR 40/month. That is ridiculous before anything just taking money and even after registering I am getting the same option to register again. The game never opens what is this way to cheat people.
