Horrible horrible experience!!

I have emailed them with all the problems along with plenty screenshots!! They have not fixed it till now.. They have taken twice yearly subscription charges from us!! Taken money for one month subscription charges when it didn't even work.. Whenever I tried to connect.. It said.. VPN is not able to connect to this server.. I have tried all the other servers.. Which says the same thing!! Tried re installing.. And it just ask you subscribe again n take more money from you!! Am so tired and sick of your computer generated emails!! Such a scam!! You didn't even give me a customer care number to contact!!

After subscribing

You said that they’ll be no advertisement, faster connection to VPN but it is still the same.
During the 7 days trial, it got connected very fast and the advertisement did not exist so I assumed it’ll be the same after purchasing and subscribing.
I still have the advertisement which is different to what you have mentioned in the application terms and conditions, slower connection to VPN.
You should not mention what you’re not going to keep just to have the people subscribing this.
Fix it, or I will write a complaint on behalf.
