Our app offers four tests that show you exactly what you need to know:

+ BMI (Body Mass Index): A common way to determine body weight in relation to height.
+ WHR (Waist-to-Hip Ratio): A measure of waist-to-hip ratio that indicates potential health risks.
+ waist-to-height ratio (WhtR): This looks at the ratio between waist circumference and height, which provides more specific information about the distribution of body fat.
