This app is amazing but i have a complain. This new channel updates haven’t been my favorite at all. If i want to follow celebrities I’d do that in any other platform e.g instagram or facebook or twitter. What’s App should be enclosed to family and friends it’s like sacred space that does not include celebrities or channels. At least put a block on it i don’t want to keep seeing those channels any time I view status. Thank you.

This is a great app however there has been a hack/virus on the platform where just from responding to the sender they get full access to your account. This happened to my mother yesterday, one of her friends had their account stolen and the hacker messaged my mom through her friends account, after a bit of talking the hacker asked my mom about what type of credit card she has. My mom instantly knew something was wrong. The hacker stopped responding and started doing the same thing but using my mother’s account and started spreading the hack/virus to her other contacts, I did 2fa and told all my friends, and my parents reported the issue to the police and the account was locked. She got access back to her account today and did 2fa, I’m not sure how many people got hacked, but plea fix this issue because my mother shared absolutely zero information which means theres a massive flaw with the app’s security. Please fix this asap.

Recently, I have encountered a problem where I am unable to view images, audio, and video files within the app without having to open them individually. I have ensured that both my mobile device and WhatsApp application are up to date.

To address this issue, I have attempted the following steps:

1.Restarted my mobile phone to eliminate any potential temporary glitches.

2.Verified that the media visibility settings in WhatsApp are configured correctly by navigating to WhatsApp settings > Chats > Media visibility, and ensuring it is set to "Yes."

3Cleared the cache and data of the WhatsApp app through my phone's settings.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. If you have any insights or guidance to offer, I would be grateful. If there are any known issues or updates related to this problem, kindly direct me to the appropriate resources or support channels.
