That’s why the app offers everything from six minutes of feel-good stretches to in-depth workouts of 20–30 minutes; each is short enough that you won’t find yourself wanting to skip them in favour of an evening in front of the TV. And if you do fancy something more intensive, just opt into an additional session.

Quick tip: Check out the dedicated workout collections, such as Core Power or Desk Dwellers. They’ll keep you engaged for several weeks and help you reach more individual goals. Each of the workouts is easy to follow and shines with beautifully shot videos and clear audio instructions.

Meet the creator: Asana Rebel was co-founded by Robin Pratap and Pascal Klein; their German development studio is revolutionising traditional yoga by understanding its core, taking it apart and putting it back together through a refreshing approach.
